These terms govern use of ProofCairn market intelligence briefs, trust reviews, hosted reports, PDFs, and related services.
Professional judgment
Reports support business decisions, but they are not legal, financial, compliance, or guaranteed security advice.
Public monitoring
Rival Briefs use public, respectful checks. Customers must not use ProofCairn to harass, overload, impersonate, or evade third-party restrictions.
Payment
Paid services begin after checkout, confirmed manual payment, or written agreement for scoped work. Taxes and processing terms may vary by provider.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate URLs, contacts, authorization context, and business priorities. For assisted or deep reviews, written authorization and agreed scope may be required before any non-public workflow is reviewed.
Service limits
ProofCairn may pause or refuse work that appears unauthorized, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, legally sensitive, or outside the agreed scope. We may update these terms as the product evolves.
