One-time reviews can be refunded before processing starts. Once analysis begins, refunds are handled case by case based on delivered work.
Manual payment
Manual invoice, transfer, or alternative payment arrangements follow the same service policy unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Provider issues
Duplicate charges, failed checkout states, or payment-provider errors should be reported quickly so they can be reconciled.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email the payment reference, billing email, plan name, and reason for the request. We will review the service state and respond with the next step.
